- Following these standards will help prepare students for the PMI PMP Exam and ensure a comprehensive and effective preparation course for PMP exam candidates, aligning with PMI standards and enhancing the learning experience.
Instructor Preparation Before the Course:
- Review the latest PMP exam content outline and PMBOK® Guide.
- Develop a detailed lesson plan, including objectives, key topics, and learning outcomes.
- Prepare course materials, including slides, handouts, practice questions, and case studies.
- Ensure access to all necessary technology and platforms (e.g., virtual classroom software, presentation tools).
- Create a pre-course assessment to gauge students' baseline knowledge and skills.
Facilitator Course Introduction:
- Welcome participants and introduce yourself and your credentials.
- Outline the course agenda, objectives, and expectations.
- Explain the format of the PMP exam and the importance of each domain.
- Review any prerequisites or foundational knowledge required for the course.
Instructor During the Course:
